Qualifications:
• Male
• High school diploma
• Minimum 5 years experience as Foreman, construction management.
• Excellent knowledge of construction operation, equipment, procedure.
• Experience and knowledge in construction works (e.g. masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, any specialty skills)
• Familiarity with blueprints, must know how to read plans and specification.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
• With available team or manpower is advantage.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
