Qualifications:
• This job is for FILIPINO Nationals Only.
• Male Only.
• Shall have min of 10 years working experience as Technician or Supervisors in Fiber Optic Domain.
• Shall have min of 5 years teaching experience, specifically on Fiber Optic Solutions both on Splicing, Termination, Testing as well as on the physical fiber installations.
• Thorough knowledge in developing and managing curriculum with respect to Fiber Optic Trainings.
• Develop and manage successfully the training and development strategy in alignment with overall HR strategy guidelines.
• Create brochures and training materials.
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
• Create testing and evaluation processes.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
• Diploma / Degree in Electronics & Communications.
• Training accreditations & Qualifications are desirable.
• Arabic knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary Offer
Full Salary Package: 1200 OMR
