Qualifications:
• Applicant must be Male, 25 to 45 years old
• Technical trade school qualification or Diploma in Mechanical/ Marine Engineering or Equivalent.
• At least 4 to 6 years in a ship repair yard / company or in an industrial workshop in the role of a machinist.
• Hands on experience in the operation of lathes, slotting, milling, drilling, grinding, and boring.
• Ability to interpret and read drawings & machinery manuals and must be capable of performing measurements and calculations with knowledge of fits and tolerances.
• Ability to do Line Boring
• Good Communication Skills with fluency in English ( read, write and speak)
