Qualifications:
• This job requires Male applicants only.
• Applicants must be 26 to 45 years old.
• Bachelor Degree of Fine Art- interior decor sections.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of interior decoration.
• Must be Ex-Abroad in GCC countries
Language:
• Should be fluent in English, speaking and writing.
• Arabic language is preferred.
Job description and expectation:
• Able to design full layout in 3D max and rendering.
• Able to design using AUTOCAD.
• Able to estimate the cost and manage the scope of the work within the team.
• Able to negotiate with customers.
• Able in engaging in biding tenders process.
• Able to set the layout of the spot of lights and other electricity sockets.
Type of Design:
• Classic Victorian design and luxury interior design for Palace
• Modern design for offices
• Design dressing rooms and kitchens
• Chose and match the colors of ceiling, walls with furniture
Computer Skills Required:
• 3d max rendering and Vray 9Must be advance level)
• Autocad (Must be advance level)
• Adobe Photoshop (Must be Moderate Level)
• Microsoft Office
• Sketch up
